The fire devastation in Coffey Park has been tragic for all involved. The good news is that we are Sonoma Strong and doing what we need to get done. There are at least a half-dozen home construction companies offering to rebuild houses in the northwest Santa Rosa neighborhood, according to Robert Digitale's article in The Press Democrat today. Some builders are offering up to $125,000 per lot (per the article) and I would like you to know that I just listed the lot at 1408 Starview Court which is 5663 square feet per the tax records and had multiple offers. This lot had a 4 bedroom 2 bath home which was1500 square feet per the tax records. The listing price is $180,000 and it is now in contract. Don't be undersold.
